I do things differently. Here’s where I come in:
Whether your goals are more energy, fewer gut flare-ups, a healthier relationship with food, or actually looking like yourself in those family photos — I help you figure out what your body needs now, and how to make it easier to follow through.
This isn’t a bootcamp, detox, or another list of nutrition rules that assumes you’re doing it wrong.
It’s support that’s rooted in science, built around your real life, and shaped by what actually works for women dealing with hormone shifts, stress, busy schedules, and maybe a few too many half-finished wellness books.
Some clients work with me once, in a focused Reset Session to map out a personalized plan. Others work together longer-term for deeper accountability, coaching, and layered support. And some – are just here for the perimenopause-friendly recipes
Either way, you’ll leave with more clarity, less guilt, and a plan that feels like it fits.
Let me guess…you’ve been trying to do all the “right” things — maybe even more than ever.
Eating better. Moving more. Drinking the water. Thinking about sleep.
And still… something feels off.
Your body’s not responding like it used to. Your energy drops hard at 2pm. Your gut is unpredictable. Those jeans? Ugh.
Maybe your doctor told you your labs were normal (oof, mine too). Maybe you’ve Googled your way into a supplement rabbit hole. And maybe you’re just tired of trying to figure it all out on your own.
You’re not lazy. You’re not imagining it. And hell no – this isn’t just “normal” for your age.
Your body is asking for something different now. Let’s figure out what that is.
Why Women’s Health Matters To Me
I’m Michelle — a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience, and someone who understands exactly where you are.
I’ve run a business through a pandemic, helped hundreds of women across BC feel like themselves again — and spent far too much time in medical offices where I had to fight to be taken seriously for my own health issues, from double-over-in-pain gut issues to post-concussion syndrome that left me with daily headaches, dizziness and unable to drive more than 30 minutes.
I know what it’s like to feel dismissed. To walk out of a clinic with more questions than answers. To wonder if it’s all in your head — and then feel like maybe you should just try harder.
But I also know what it’s like to finally work with someone who sees you. Who listens. And who helps you rebuild trust in your body — one doable step at a time. Those people made my life SO much better and I’m grateful every damn day.
That’s what I do now. I support women over 35 through the real, often messy, shifts that come with perimenopause; gut issues, draggy energy, jeans that won’t zip up, and all the curveballs midlife throws your way.
My approach is science-backed but flexible. No food guilt. No complicated plans. Just practical nutrition that works with your body and your life.
Oh — and I live with a mischief-filled Pomsky named Loki, who keeps me moving and reminds me daily that joy, curiosity, and room for good quality cheddar matters.
