Thrive After 35 is an intentionally focused, 12-week nutrition and fitness program to help you get leaner, feel stronger and navigate midlife metabolism, without overloading your busy life.
Our unique Fuel-Train-Recover framework is dialled in on what actually moves the needle at this stage.
That means no long lists of foods to avoid and complicated protocols, no grinding it out on the treadmill for ages every morning, and no pressure to “do it all.”
Instead, you’ll focus on getting steady with strategic inputs to save time and energy:

- Tools to sustain your success in your busiest seasons.
All delivered in a clear, structured program that you can keep up with – even when you can’t make a coaching call.

Enter the DEXA scan, the gold standard for assessing body composition.
- If you are local, we’ll let you know where to go to get your pre-program and 10-week comparison scans.
- For regular progress check-ins, or if you choose not to add DEXA, we’ll help you select other objective markers like measurements, progress photos, or even the fit of a too-snug pair of jeans.
- You’ll also track one or more health markers: senergy, mood, afternoon cravings, strength gains in the gym or whatever you’d like to feel better after 12 weeks.
You’ll be guided on what to track and when, so you’re not guessing, obsessing, or chasing daily fluctuations. Each piece is optional.
The goal is clarity and confidence that it’s working, not letting the scale run the show.

You won’t have to. You’ll be guided on what matters most, and what you can safely modify, so tracking supports progress instead of becoming another to-do. Lower-effort journaling options are available if numbers aren’t your thing.

All good! The training program is designed to work in well-equipped home setups, recreation centre gyms, and typical commercial gyms. If you’re unsure whether your setup works, you can email Sasha to confirm what equipment you’ll need.

Before you sign up, a quick check to make sure Thrive After 35 is the right fit for you and for the group.
This program may not be the right fit if you:
- Are under 30 or over 55
- Have an active injury that would limit participation in strength training
- Current or recent eating disorder
- Aren’t able to show up in a kind, supportive, and respectful way
- Any active or acute medical treatment like chemotherapy, dialysis, or unstable diabetes
